Rodrigo Orsi has become one of Southern California’s most highly sought-after high-end stylists. A third-generation
hairstylist, Rodrigo and his sister Andrea’s passion for hairstyling began in their family’s salons in São Paulo, Brazil.
With a grandmother and mother who became lifelong hairstylists and a grandfather who was a barber, styling is in
their blood, and they are proud to carry on their family’s legacy here in Newport Beach.

Trained by the best hair designers in the world, Rodrigo has styled for some of the biggest names across the globe, including Vidal Sassoon in London, Tony & Guy in London, Jaque D’ssage in Paris, Longueras Academy of Hair in São Paulo, Brazil. During his 11 years at the prestigious Soho Japanese Hair Academy, he became a master of world-famous Japanese scissor techniques and methods.
Three years ago, Rodrigo moved to Newport Beach to reunite with Andrea, who moved to the area in 2011. Together they launched Andrea Orsi Beauty Lounge, a highend, one-stop salon offering highquality hair and beauty services. After just two years at the salon, Rodrigo achieved Senior Artistic Director, the salon’s top level. With a captivating personality, he has proven to be an extremely talented professional with exceptional skills for texturizing and coloring hair and mastering blondes and men’s haircuts. In addition to his local clients, he also has clients who fly across the country just to have him style their hair.
Focused on his clients’ needs, Rodrigo listens, observes, and takes time to understand their lifestyles and desired outcomes. A client’s experience is most important, and he never wants time in the salon to feel rushed or impersonal. To make sure clients are relaxed, Rodrigo

offers a neck and head massage prior to his hair services to ensure daily stress is gone and they are present in the moment.

Although Rodrigo and Andrea faced challenges with the salon during the initial months of the Covid pandemic, they quickly adjusted and used the experience

marketing and education. Using technology, their employees greatly improved their professional skills, and their team never stopped learning and growing.
“Today we feel empowered in the industry because we expanded our network in a very fast way so we can now absorb new techniques in no
time,” explains Andrea. “Something that has been seen in Paris or Milan is already being experimented by our stylists. This is what makes us

The level system as well as a discount program that offers 20% off all services and levels on Tuesdays gives clients options during challenging times. In September, Rodrigo and Andrea will celebrate three years since opening Andrea Orsi Beauty Lounge in Lido Village.
